Return Information

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos.

Non-Damaged Returns

Non-damaged items may be returned within 7 days of delivery if unused, unworn, in brand-new condition, and approved in advance.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Non-Returnable Items

Customized, custom-dyed, special-order, made-to-order, used, worn, altered, or improperly handled items are not eligible for return.
