Technical information
Please include a dimensioned sketch or reference image for custom shapes. Acrylic thickness, edge treatment, hole layout, color, and structural requirements are reviewed before acceptance and quotation.
Production and shipping
Production timing depends on the design, materials, quantity, and final confirmation. Requested dates help us plan but are not guaranteed delivery dates. Manufacturing and shipping are quoted separately and may vary by destination.

Final pricing depends on your requirements, materials, quantity, design complexity, and destination. HOT-FANS will review your inquiry before preparing a quotation.
Original stave designs
For an entirely new or original stave design, a US$100 design fee may apply only after HOT-FANS reviews the inquiry and accepts the project. Manufacturing and shipping are quoted separately. This fee does not apply to every customization request.
