Orders

Orders placed within the last 24 hours can request a cancellation. After the 24 hour period cancellations will no longer be accepted.
But you can still contact us to discuss whether you can change or cancel the order. If your order is still not scheduled to be made, we can cancel or change your order.
Most of our feather products is make to order. It usually takes about 2-4 days to make your order,If the feather color or size you ordered is not in stock, it will take us about 7-15 days to restock it.
In the unlikely event an item that you have ordered is out of stock, you will be contacted via email . We will check if you would like to exchange for another item as well or wait for our product to be in stock again or if you would like a refund.

Yes, we do offer a discount on wholsale orders and you can find many products on our website. Also the discount is based on the quantity of order. We can give you best price for your wholesale order .If there is a product that you cannot find or would like to enquire about please you can contact our customer service。

We are responsible for item damage before your receipt. Please contact us within 5 days ofreceipt, and take picture on the damaged item.

As long as your item is still in brand new condition,we will be happy to refund your money,or you may ask for item exchange.
We will issue a refund within 7 days after we receive the return package.or exchange will be given.
If we made the error in your order we will refund the shipping as well, otherwise return shipping is your responsibility.

If you haven't received your package, the first step is to track it using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email. If its still in transit, hold tight and you should get it soon.

All orders come with tracking. We ship all orders via DHL express / Fedex express / Dpex express and China post . Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with your tracking number. Be sure to check your junk/spam folder in case it lands there. Most of our feathers are we artisans source feathers from reputable suppliers who obtain feathers ethically and sustainably. These suppliers may collect feathers from birds that have naturally molted or from birds raised in humane conditions. like the hen, turkey, pheasant, rooster and ostrich, goose and duck. These feathers are collected and used by crafters and designers which would otherwise be discarded.
Peacock, ostrich, macaw and other exotic feathers are naturally molted and collected. So no birds are harm exclusively for their feathers.
We have our own dyeing factory This enables us to provide high quality dyed feathers to order and also a colour matching service.
Is there an additional charge for our colour matching service?
There is normally no additional charge for our colour matching service, we simply require a minimum order quantity which will depend on the particular feather you need dyeing. We can dye smaller quantities of feathers, but we may have to add a small batch dyeing charge. Please phone or email to discuss your requirements.
