How to Choose Feather Fan Staves
Material
Acrylic (PMMA) and Aluminum are both used across the current fan-stave range. Choose the material used by the specific frame style and size you need, then compare the exact product specifications before ordering.
Length
25 cm frames are used for standard Single Layer styles, 33 cm for standard 2 Layer styles, and 38 cm for XL 2 Layer and multi-layer styles. Waterfall options are 51 cm and 62 cm. Pheasant products use their own dedicated dimensions; check the individual product page.
Stave count
10, 12 and 14 stave configurations are available across different products. The available count depends on the frame style, material and size.
Layer configuration
Current styles include Single, 2 Layers, XL 2 Layers, 3–4 Layers, dedicated Waterfall and dedicated Pheasant frames.
One set or pair
Most standard stave sets are sold to build one fan, while some Pheasant products are sold as a pair. Always check the individual product title and product page before ordering.
Hardware
Most fan-stave products include assembly hardware, but the exact hardware contents vary by product. Check the individual product page for the included components.
