Single-layer, 2-layer, 3-layer and 4-layer fans use different feather arrangements and feather counts. Additional layers create a denser construction, while exact size and feather count vary by product.

This depends on the product option. One fan means one completed fan. Where a Pair option is offered, Pair means one left-hand fan plus one right-hand fan, and the pair includes a fan bag.

Yes. Many HOT-FANS styles offer custom feather colors or mixed-color arrangements. You can use the Feather Color Chart or send us a costume, fabric or other color reference. Small shade differences can occur between screens, dye batches and natural feathers.

Standard made-to-order styles generally require 3–5 business days. Dyed colors generally require 7–10 business days, while large or custom designs generally require 10–15 business days before shipping. Delivery time is separate.
