The staves look nice all together, however, they came with some scratches and smudges in the paint. Nothing too noticeable from stage, but still visible.

This was a really great experience. The order process was simple and fast. I changed my mind the next day on the colors I wanted and emailed them. They got right back to me and made the appropriate changes. Kept me informed that they would need a couple more days to dye more feathers. The order arrived very quickly. The quality is lovely. Su diverse piume alla base cè della specie di colla nera, e ho una domanda, essendo ventagli a 180° è normale che aperti tutti nom fanno 180°? Dalle foto sul vostro sito, sembra che un ventaglio abbia 14 stecche, invece noi ne abbiamo 12 a ventaglio, e quindi non arrivano a 180°. Cordiali saluti Kevin

DIY Pheasant Feather Fan Staves – Aluminum Artistic Hollow Design Fan Frame Kit (2 Sets)
Happy with my fans - was a bit nervous to order in case they were too transparent but they're just fine. If it's windy or the sun is behind then at the ends of the feathers it looks a bit sparse, but it's not a problem. Only thing is they're a bit heavy since they're so huge, but the more I use them the less my wrists ache. I thought about getting these for months but wish I'd bought sooner! They arrived in a leather carrier bag with spare staves. If you're ordering some I think it's good to keep the plastic sleeve that the feathers come in, so when you're using the leather carrier bag they don't get stuck in the zip.

I purchased fans from another company. They wouldn’t open and close well and were not usable. I bought new staves at Hot Fans. The company was excellent to work with. They provided me with a well made product with fast turn around. In addition they helped with tutorials so I was able to fix my fans.

I’m fairly new to Burlesque and have just signed to an intermediate class and have always loved feather fan performances. My big beautiful feather fans have finally arrived — deep plum and wheat like bruised twilight and golden decay. 🌾💜 I’ve always been drawn to the slow, hypnotic elegance of fan dancing — not just movement, but illusion. It’s a lot harder than it looks in shows/ videos (trust me), but I can’t wait to learn how to use them and weave them into my next act… something dark, dreamy, and just a little sultry. I have already started practicing with them. After a lot of procrastination I opted for this pair from hot fans super quick delivery and gorgeous IRL. ✨ I didn’t realise the fans already came with a travel bag and ordered an extra one. The bag is also sturdy and good quality.

Arrived quicker than I expected! They are beautiful. I love them. They’re not the best quality but they’re good enough, a stave did break quite easily but it comes with spares to replace. I’m a complete beginner and I found them easy to use. The bolt does come loose every time I use the right hand fan, not sure why. I keep tightening it but it always loosens after 1 or 2 songs of use. I do wish they were a little fuller, but All in all, I’m really really pleased with my purchase. I will purchase more colours for sure :) for the price, I’m happy!

They are lovely, as big as my sofa fr. High quality fans, the one thing that i would change is do not cut the end of the middle feathers, but the fans are very beautiful and soft. The staff was very attentive and nice, solving all my questions very quickly. If i need some feather stuffs i will come back to hotfans. Thank u so much 🤍
Love the fans! Feathers are nice, and the double layer gives them a good, full look. The plastic staves are a bit thin which makes them a little more difficult to wield than other fans I've had experience with, but overall, a good purchase!

It's ok value for money, but I expected better quality of ostrich feathers. Also, core of some feathers was dark brown, which is very visible on a light blue fan.
