Orders
After checkout, you will receive an order confirmation email at the address used for your purchase. When your order ships, we will send another email with tracking information. You can also contact us at info@hot-fans.com if you need help finding your order details.
Please contact us within 24 hours if you need to cancel or change an order. Many Hot-Fans items are made to order, so we can usually help before production begins. Once production or shipping has started, changes may not be possible.
Most feather products are made to order and usually need 2 to 4 business days for production. If a selected color, size, or material is temporarily unavailable, restocking may take about 7 to 15 days. We will contact you by email to offer the best available option, a substitute, a waiting period, or a refund.
Add your items to the cart and enter your promotion code in the discount field during checkout. Click Apply before payment so the discount is reflected in your order total.
Yes. We offer wholesale and bulk pricing depending on the product, quantity, production requirements, and delivery timeline. Please email info@hot-fans.com with the product link, quantity, preferred colors, and deadline so we can prepare a quote.
We can update the shipping address if your order has not shipped yet. Please email info@hot-fans.com as soon as possible with your order number and the correct address.
For fraud prevention and customs accuracy, we may not be able to change the destination country after an order has been placed.
Shipping & Returns
If your item arrives damaged or there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos and your order number. If you are unhappy with a non-custom item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can review the return or exchange options.
Items must be unused, clean, and in original condition. Personalized products, custom-made items, custom dyed feathers, and used or damaged items caused by customer handling are not eligible for return. If we made an error with your order, we will help correct it.
Production time for most made-to-order items is usually 2 to 4 business days. If a color or size must be restocked, production may take longer.
Estimated shipping time after dispatch is usually 10 to 25 business days for standard shipping and 3 to 7 business days for express shipping. If you need an item for a specific event date, please contact us before ordering.
Please check the tracking number in your shipping confirmation email first. If the parcel is still in transit, the carrier may need more time to complete delivery.
If you did not receive tracking, or if tracking has stopped updating, please contact info@hot-fans.com with your order number so we can check it for you.
All shipped orders include tracking. We usually ship by major international carriers such as DHL, EMS express, or postal services depending on the destination and shipping method. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can also track many parcels at 17track.net.
Yes. Please contact us before placing your order with your event date, destination country, and the product you want. We will check production timing and express delivery options before you purchase.
Hot-fans.com ships worldwide to nearly every country across the globe, covering North and South America, Europe, Asia, Africa, Oceania, and more. We employ the services of major, trusted international carriers to ensure your package arrives to your destination safely and securely.
Import duties, VAT, brokerage fees, and local taxes are set by the destination country and are not controlled by Hot-Fans. These charges, if applied, are the customer responsibility.
Customs rules vary by country. Please check with your local customs office before ordering if you are unsure about possible import costs. For compliance reasons, we cannot provide false customs values or mark orders in a way that misrepresents the shipment.
Orders shipped to the United States may be reviewed by customs or the carrier before final delivery. Delivery times can vary during busy seasons or customs inspections. If tracking shows a delay, please contact us and we will help check the shipment status.

Yes. If you need a custom color, please email info@hot-fans.com with your color reference, product type, quantity, and deadline. Some custom colors may require a minimum order quantity.
Yes. Many feather fans can be customized by size, color, stave material, feather style, and overall design. Please check the product description first, then contact us with your performance needs, photos or references, and event date so we can recommend the best option.
Handle ostrich feathers with clean, dry hands and store them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Avoid water, heavy pressure, and rough brushing.
To remove dust, gently shake the feathers or use a soft feather duster. If feathers become flattened, lightly fluff them by hand or use gentle warm air from a hair dryer at a safe distance. Always test carefully and avoid high heat.
We can provide guidance on feather fan supplies, basic material choices, and suitable fan staves. If you are planning a DIY project, contact us with your desired fan size, feather type, and color so we can suggest suitable materials.
We photograph and edit products carefully, but colors can look different depending on lighting, screen settings, device type, and dye batch. If you need an exact color match, please contact us before ordering and share a color reference or swatch photo.
Other
We work with suppliers who source feathers responsibly from natural molting, farm-raised birds, or by-products that would otherwise be discarded. Availability and sourcing vary by feather type, so please contact us if you need details for a specific product.
We work with dyeing partners and production specialists who can prepare many feather colors to order. Color matching may require a minimum order quantity or a small batch dyeing charge depending on the feather type and requested shade.
Yes. Hot-Fans uses Shopify checkout and secure HTTPS encryption to help protect customer and payment information. We recommend using trusted payment methods and contacting us directly if you notice anything unusual during checkout.
