International Duties, Taxes & Customs Charges

Shipping charges paid at checkout cover international transportation only, unless otherwise specifically stated.

International orders may be subject to additional import duties, customs duties, VAT, sales taxes, customs clearance fees, carrier processing fees, or other local import charges when the shipment arrives in the destination country.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee paid at checkout, unless the order is specifically shown as duties and taxes included.

Any applicable import charges are determined by the destination country’s customs authorities and/or the shipping carrier and are normally the responsibility of the recipient.

United States:
Orders shipped to the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees, and carrier processing charges. The DHL Express shipping fee paid at checkout covers international transportation and does not include these additional import charges. DHL may contact the recipient directly for payment before customs clearance or final delivery.

European Union & Other European Destinations:
Orders shipped to European countries may be subject to VAT, import duties, customs clearance charges, and carrier handling or processing fees depending on the destination country, order value, product classification, and local regulations. These charges are separate from the shipping fee paid at checkout and may be collected by DHL or local customs authorities before delivery.

Other International Destinations:
Customers in other countries may also be required to pay import duties, taxes, VAT/GST, customs clearance fees, or other local charges depending on the regulations of their destination country.

Viva Feathers does not control the amount of these charges and cannot guarantee the exact amount before shipment.

Customers are responsible for checking their local import requirements before placing an order.

VAT / Customs / Duty Fees

For all international orders .certain duty fees or customs fees may be required upon delivery of your order. Please understand that we have no control over any duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or other such customs fees, and cannot be held liable for any such fees, no matter what the situation may be.

According to our experience, it did not involve extra expense at buy er's side for similar small or low cost items, but not 100% assure that because the different country of the different custom's bylaw.

Please take some reference from your country and give a full consideration of it.

Of course! I'll fill in the declared value as lower as possible to avoid the custom taxes.

However, in some individual cases, buyer might need to take some import taxes or customs charges in import countries. As to specific rates, please consult your local custom office. Appreciate for your understanding.

If you receive your order and do not pay the required taxes, fees, duties or brokerage fees, the order will be abandoned at your local customs facility, and due to shipping fees and additional duty fees applied to us to return the order(s), we will not be able to make the return, and thus will not be able to offer any refunds, credits or otherwise.


Please be very aware of all such fees & responsibilities regarding these matters, as once the package / order leaves our facility, we no longer have control over your order.
