Damaged or Incorrect Items

We take great care in packing our handcrafted feather products.
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue promptly, kindly include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item

Once confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or refund accordingly.
In cases where the error is on our part, return shipping costs will be fully covered by HOT FANS.


Returns for Non-Damaged Items

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in brand new condition
  • The item is returned in its original packaging
  • You contact us in advance and receive return approval

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund or exchange will be processed within 7 days.

Please note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.


Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our handcrafted and customized products, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Personalized or customized products
  • Custom-dyed feathers
  • Special-order or made-to-order items
  • Items that have been used, worn, or altered
  • Items damaged due to improper use after delivery
