Build your own custom ostrich feather fan with this Acrylic (PMMA) 2 Layers Feather Fan Staves Set of 14, designed for DIY feather fan making, fan dances, burlesque feather fans, costume accessories, stage performance props, and custom feather fan projects.

This set includes 14 professional stage-quality Acrylic (PMMA) fan staves and the essential hardware assembly kit for making one 2-layer feather fan. The 13 inch / 33 cm height is suitable for creating a fuller feather fan frame with more visual volume than a single-layer fan.

Compared with the 2 Layers Set of 12 option, the 14-stave design provides more feather placement points and a fuller, wider fan structure. This design can open up to approximately 180 degrees, giving the finished fan a wide, balanced, and dramatic display shape.

This 2-layer design is made for arranging longer feathers on the upper layer and shorter feathers on the lower layer, helping your finished feather fan look fuller, softer, and more dimensional on stage.

Acrylic (PMMA) fan staves are lightweight, smooth, and easy to work with. Some styles feature a special crystal-glue color finish, creating a glossy dimensional effect while keeping the acrylic look elegant and decorative. Standard colors, pearl colors, transparent options, and custom color requests are available.

Important: One set makes one feather fan. If you want to make a matching pair of feather fans, please order 2 sets.

Color & Personalization

Choose from our Acrylic (PMMA) standard colors, pearl colors, and transparent options. Please view the Acrylic (PMMA) color chart before selecting your fan stave color.

Custom color requests are welcome. If you need a specific color match, please contact us before ordering with your color sample or reference image.

Personalized engraving is available as an optional add-on service. For the clearest logo or text effect, transparent Acrylic (PMMA) staves are recommended.
