This set includes 12 professional stage-quality Acrylic (PMMA) fan staves and the essential hardware assembly kit for making one triple-layer feather fan. The 15 inch / 38 cm height gives your finished fan more length, volume, and stage presence, making it suitable for burlesque performance, fan dance, costume styling, and premium custom feather fan projects.

The triple-layer design creates a fuller and more dimensional fan frame than a single-layer or 2-layer fan. This size is suitable for arranging 12–24 longer feathers on the top layer and 12 shorter feathers on the bottom layer, depending on your feather size, fullness preference, and layout style.

Acrylic (PMMA) fan staves are lightweight, smooth, and easy to work with. Some styles feature a special crystal-glue finish, giving the staves a high-gloss dimensional depth effect while keeping the acrylic look elegant and decorative.
