This set includes 12 professional stage-quality Acrylic (PMMA) fan staves and the essential hardware assembly kit for making one single-layer feather fan. The 10 inch / 25 cm height is suitable for DIY ostrich feather fans, practice fans, costume styling, and lightweight stage fan designs.

Compared with a 10-stave fan frame, the 12-stave design gives you a slightly fuller fan structure and more feather placement points while still keeping the fan lightweight and easy to assemble.

Each stave can hold approximately 12 feathers for a single-sided fan design, or up to 24 feathers for a double-sided feather arrangement, depending on your feather size and layout.

Acrylic (PMMA) fan staves are lightweight, smooth, and easy to work with. They are available in transparent, colored, pearl, and custom color options. Some styles feature a special crystal-glue color finish, creating a glossy dimensional look for a more decorative feather fan frame.
